Loan Equipment

Conditions of use for loan equipment

·        Only financial club members are eligible to borrow the club equipment.

·        The club member who borrows the equipment is responsible for the equipments storage, safe operation and return to the club.

·        Equipment shall be returned in a clean, serviceable and undamaged condition.

·        Equipment shall only be loaned to members who have been trained in the correct use and safe operation of the equipment.

·        The equipment is only to be used by trained Club members, under the direction and control of the borrower (also being a club member).

·        Where consumable items are used (Tyre patches etc..) these items shall be replaced by the borrower and shall be of the same brand, type, size etc… unless approved by the management committee.

·        The loaned equipment must be returned by the date indicated above.

·        Where equipment is damaged, it shall be replaced or repaired by the borrower.

o       Replacement shall be of the same brand, type, size etc… unless approved by the management committee.

o       Repair shall be to the satisfaction of the management committee.
