Condition of Hut

Good condition.   Some rot in floor joist and damage to exterior cladding has caused rot in wall.

Condition of surrounds

Surrounds are in good condition, limited camping.  One or two vehicles max camping.

Condition of access track

2WD access tracks via Buffalo Lake road.
