Trip advertisement form

Complete this form an email to the Secretary a minimum of 30day prior to the event.

 

Visitors form

This form is to be completed where a visitor attends a club event.  Since visitors are representing the club, this form ensures that all visitors understand the club rules and code of practice.

 

Pre-Event check list

This form provides trip leaders with a brief checklist prior to commencing an event.

 

Loan Equipment

Complete this form and provide it to the Equipment officer when borrowing club equipment.

 

Trip Report

Complete this form and email to the Secretary a within 30days from the end of the event.

Trip reports are required for all events.  Trip reports keep a record of who attended and what the event was about.

 

Accident Report

On any club event where damage to a vehicle occurs and where a club member is involved an accident report is to be completed and forwarded to the Secretary.

 

Injury Report

On any club event where an injury occurs to a club member or visitor an injury report is to be completed and forwarded to the Secretary.
